What is the Refund Policy?

NSMAH Return & Refund Policy

 

At NSMAH, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your product to return the product that is eligible for a return.

 

Eligibility:  

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it (unopened, if applicable, with the original packaging, including accessories, user manuals, warranty cards, and brand seal etc.).
  • The returned product should be the same original item received.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling. i.e. Manufacturing Defaults
  • A Notification of 3days Is expected from the customer should he/she discovers a defect on the item
  • The product is not part of the non-eligible categories below.

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange if packaging is opened, or the item is used:

  • Personal Care
  • Hygiene Products
  • Perfumes
  • Cosmetics
  • Apparel
  • Stationary
  • Activated Devices
  • Customized order products (e.g. assembled / tailor-made furniture)
  • Cut cables or wires

If you have received a defective item, this item is eligible for a full refund or exchange after the verification process. Any claims after the return period will be treated as a warranty claim

A warranty claim is a claim by a customer/product owner for a product under warranty, and usually entails either repair or replacement.

 

 

Refund Duration:

Upon receipt of your returned item, kindly note that the return process, which may take up to two weeks for us to complete. Once the return processing is completed, it will take 7 to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement or bank account, Depending on your Initial mode of payment

 

How to Initiate a Return:.

  • For items bought from nsmahstore.com           Online Return:
  • Email your order details to “Customer service Email,” and our customer support team will reach out to provide you with the necessary return instructions.
  • WhatsApp your order details to “Customer WhatsApp Services,” and our customer support team will reach out to provide you with the necessary return instructions.

 

Refund Process:

Cancellation Policy:

  • The Site will not issue any charges if the order has not been dispatched for delivery yet.
  • To avoid cancellation charges, you have to notify us via Email/WhatsApp about canceling your order on the same day before the order has been dispatched. (before the courier partner initially reaches out to you – usually VIA SMS)
  • Our courier will contact you to arrange the delivery. At this time, you shall inform them if you wish to cancel.
  • Once delivery is confirmed, the order cannot be canceled.

 

If a cancellation is requested after confirming delivery with the courier: 

In the Case of Credit Card, we will process a refund and 10% administration charge will be deducted from the total invoice value. 

In the case of cash on delivery payment method, you will have to pay a delivery charge of AED 25 to our courier partner company directly when they do delivery to you and return of the order at the same time.

– Any returned product that has been damaged through customer abuse lost parts, or is in unsalable condition due to customer tampering will not be acceptable for return and will be charged to the customer based on product condition

If customers are discovered to abuse the return policy, engaging in excessive returns, returning items not in their original condition, or frequently canceling or refusing placed orders, NSMAH retains the right to issue warnings, implement restrictions, refuse returns, suspend, block, and/or terminate the relevant customer accounts as deemed necessary.
